He had the fortune (misfortune?) to be the only known outlaw to be made into a pair of shoes. Yup, his doctor skinned him and made a pair of saddle oxfords out of the dear departed Mr. Parrot. George is made with the gray, 2nd edition CXR cowboy body. Comes with the following CXR exclusive gear: Pewter color 10-piece gear set, black hat and spur straps, gray vest and neckerchief. As befitting an outlaw of his stature, it also has a 'copy' of the Black Hill Nugget announcing the hanging of 'Big Nose', a copy of one of the few photos ever taken of George and a photo of his death mask and the actual shoes made from Mr. Parrot. |
