| Here you see a custom stetson. This is a copy of the Sam Cobra hat in hard resin. Smoothed and covered in a special textured paint to make it look like felt. Then I had a real leather headband inside. This hat now fits Sam and other JW cowboys very well and won't blow off in a gentle breeze. |
