Some of the ads have an author's note. Those are my personal comments about the ad and may change as I learn more.

(1) Circle X Ranch *
"Circle X Ranch for "Johnny West" figures (figures not incl.). Bunk house with operating doors, bunk bed, stove, cupboard, and many accessories. Heavy-gauge chipboard. Overall layout is 4 ½ ft wide.      Author's Comments: So many errors in this ad (Similar to the 1970, 1971 & 1972 copy), I had to point them out – only one mask and knife, no ‘bolo’, no saddle bag – could they have meant parfleche??
